"” This is the worst experience I've had here in Miami with car insurance companies!!! Customer service is terribly bad—they don't answer the phone, they don't respond to e-mails… the worst incompetence that I never seen in Customer Service “Car insurances” Give them 1 star is A lot!!! I can give them - ooooo My driving record is spotless, but for this company, it's completely irrelevant because they never take it into account when charging me, even though they supposedly should!!! They “only” overcharge for Car insurance!!!! They offered me a service called "Drive Safe and Save" with a device that needs to be installed in the car to monitor miles and driving habits, but they never guided me or told me I had to report the history 20 days before the policy expired… Because of this, they didn't take this system into account when charging me for the next 6-month payment. Because of this, they lost a customer, and I finally decided to switch car insurance for the upcoming semester!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! Tatiana A."
